Go through the currents like a dolphin or fly over the surface, all while enjoying your preferred controlled flying style. You’ll be given a detailed safety briefing and instructions before using it, making sure you know what you’re doing on the flyboard.

JBR beach

If you go to JBR beach, you can plan an exciting event in that area and enjoy fly boarding along with it. When you ride a flyboard, you wear a jetpack-like device that is attached to a jet ski or other watercraft.

Your legs are attached to the jetpack, which creates thrust to propel you through the air and water, helping you float. You stand on a board attached to the jetpack, and you use a handheld throttle to control the amount of water released. This allows you to fly in the air, dive into the water, and perform a variety of stunts and tricks.

Flyboarding is a relatively new water sport. It was invented in 2011 by a French jet ski champion named Franky Zapata. Zapata was inspired to create the Flyboard after seeing a demonstration of a jetpack and realizing that the same principles could be applied to water sports.

He spent several years developing and refining the Flyboard, and the first Flyboarding competition was held in 2013. Since then, Flyboarding has become a popular activity for thrill seekers and water sports enthusiasts.

Different types of flyboarding

Some common types of flyboarding are:

Popular and versatile: It involves performing a variety of aerial tricks and maneuvers. It allows you to test your physical abilities and showcase your skills. Race Flyboarding: This type of flyboarding involves competing against other flyboarding within a set time limit. It is a fast-paced and competitive sport.

Acrobatic Flyboarding: This type of flyboarding involves performing complex tricks in the air, such as handstands, splits, and other gymnastic moves. It is a physically demanding form that requires a high level of skill. Proximity Flyboarding: This type of flyboarding involves performing tricks in the air close to obstacles or other objects, such as buildings, bridges, or other flyboards. It is thrilling but requires precision and control.

Whether you want to perform acrobatic feats in the air, compete with other flyboarding or simply enjoy the thrill of flying, there is a type of flyboarding that is perfect for you.

JBR’s Open Beach is a popular place

Since it is new to many people, you need to be a little more aware physically and mentally at first. You will be a little scared about whether you can control fly boarding properly. Once someone tries it, they will realize that there is no fear in it, and they will tell you all the basic rules.

You will also need a handheld throttle and nozzle to control the flyboard. Some flyboarding schools or companies may provide these for you, but it is always a good idea to check before booking a flyboarding session.

Technical advice

Book in advance Cheaper, you get more time and you can get your desired slot. A technical tip: It’s hard to keep your balance. Before you get out of the water, bend/fold your legs upwards (pull your toes up towards your heels). This will cause the jet to come forward at an angle.

Now bend your back slightly forward, so that your body is slightly arched. You will easily get out of the water. It took me a lot of falling to figure it out. But after I got it, I managed to get out almost every time. Here’s a video with some of our “successful flights.

There are many other great flyboarding spots around the world, including rivers, oceans, lakes, and other waterways. The best spots for flyboarding are something you’ll have to find out for yourself.
